Your service is awesome and you were the only place I could find silk rose petals in my colors. Great selection and great service! I will certainly use you again when the need arises. Dear Lisa, Thank you very much for the quick processing of my recent order and I look forward to receiving the butterfly samples. I would also like to compliment your company. It seems that sometimes you must do business with a bad company before you recognize that you have received excellent service from another. I placed two orders for rose Petals with two different vendors on the same day. I just sent a nasty e-mail looking for my order from the other vendor and told them how great your company was and thought it was only appropriate that I tell you what I said about you and the great service that I received! At face value your rose petals were about 35% more expensive, but yours were much prettier because they were variegated. However, once the two orders invoiced, your petals turned out to be less, and they were received within 2 business days of placing the order. In additional to prompt shipping, your company charged me a fair shipping fee. The other company charged me 3 times what your shipping charges were, and they also applied “handling” fee. I hate handling fees; packing items that you sell is a cost of doing business! After 3 full business days I have not received a shipment confirmation. I inquired about my order and was informed that the items I order are not in stock and are expect until next week. Thank-you for providing a high quality and reasonably priced product and backing it up with up- front and excellent customer service. It was a pleasure doing business with you and you will be my only source for rose petals in the future! Thanks Again, Bonnie Castle
